Eastside Christian Academy is a comprehensive school (K-12), which has been in operation since 1999. We are committed to assisting all students in seeking God’s purpose for their life, based on the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Our focus is on providing a well rounded, individualized Christian Education meeting the needs of the student spiritually, academically, socially and physically. Our desire is to produce able young men and women with great character. Our non-traditional teaching approach allows for a more personalized learning environment. The individualized curriculum allows each student to work at a challenging pace. In addition, students learn to plan and set their own daily goals, preparing them to be successful in all their future endeavors.
Our Philosophy of Christian Education
We provide schooling from kindergarten through to high school graduation. ECA is a member of the Association of Independent Schools and Colleges in Alberta (AISCA), which in turn
relates to the provincial Department of Learning through
the Independent Schools Branch.
ECA uses the "School of Tomorrow" curriculum, which allows students to maximize their learning while working at their own individual level of ability in each subject.
We emphasize both spiritual and academic excellence.
We believe all education is God-centered and we stress
the individualized method of learning and motivation.
We endeavor to produce graduates who are self-disciplined, purposeful and spiritually mature; prepared for life's challenges
as well as vocational advancement.
